This Privacy Policy describes how the 鲜食界 mobile and web application (the “App”) handles information when used by you or your organization. The App is intended for business / restaurant operations (e.g. sales, tips, staff and store management) in connection with services operated by you or your employer.

1. Who is responsible

2. Information we process

Depending on how your organization configures the App, this may include:

• Account & authentication: identifiers such as email or username, and security tokens used to keep you signed in.
• Profile & role data: name, role, store assignment, and similar data your organization maintains.
• Operational data: business records you enter or that are synced through the App (e.g. sales, tips, employees, stores, audits), including timestamps and user actions where your backend records them.
• Device & app settings: preferences stored on your device (e.g. selected store, display theme) using local storage.
• Technical data: IP address, device/browser type, and diagnostic information may be collected by servers or infrastructure your organization or its vendors operate (standard for hosted APIs).

3. How information is used

Information is used to:

• Authenticate users and enforce access controls;
• Provide restaurant / operations features requested by your organization;
• Maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for third‑party advertising in the App.

4. Where data is stored

Data you submit is primarily stored on servers and databases configured by your organization (for example, APIs you connect the App to). Session tokens and UI preferences may be stored locally on your device (e.g. browser or app storage).

Your organization may use third‑party cloud or database providers; those providers process data only as instructed by your organization and their own terms.

5. Security

We rely on industry‑standard practices such as HTTPS for network communication where configured by your deployment. You should protect your password and device. Report suspected unauthorized access to your organization.

6. Retention

Retention periods are determined by your organization’s policies and applicable law. Local data on your device may remain until you clear app data or uninstall the App.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location (e.g. EEA/UK, California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data. Submit requests to your organization’s administrator or the contact email above where applicable.

8. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) and is intended for business use.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance unless your organization requires otherwise.
